Sheet Extrusion
Our calendar sheet lines range from 3” up to 6” extruders. We specialize in thin gauge sheet starting at .016” thick extruding up to .25” thickness. Sheet is run “cut to size” to maximize your yield in up to 72” wide.
Material is polyethylene and polypropylene based products. We also offer value added capabilities such as textures, corona treating, custom roll sizes, etc.
In our sheet department we also extrude the orthoform® product line of sheet which is designed for drape and thermoforming. Click here for more information.
Profile Extrusion
Machines range from 1-1/2″ up to 3” extruders. We Specialize in thin wall custom profile extrusion. Capabilities include commodity resins such as ABS up to engineering resins such as GF nylons. Value added options include custom printing, special lengths or coiling, custom packaging, etc.
